Policy and Precedure - the documents you need to know about
General information
Under the Australian Quality Training Framework standards, all RTOs are required to make sure you receive specific information before you enrol. Though our prospectuses do summarise the policies and procedures which are relevant for you, we are required to ensure that you have access to the full documents. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are familiar with these documents and that you seek clarification before enrolling with us.
For this reason, we supply the policies in PDF and require you to complete and return the Student Induction Checklist with your enrolment form. You are welcome to download a PDF version for your personal use as a student of our Academy.
If you wish to clarify or review any of the policies which are described in the prospectus for your program, please contact the Academy and we will forward a copy to you.
