Productivity Places Programs now available!
HBTA is extremely pleased to advise that we are now able to offer the following through the government-funded Productivity Places Program - Job Seekers scheme:
- BSB30207 Certificate III in Customer Contact
- this general qualification is ideal for anyone intersted in a career with customer contact and sales
- elective units must relate to the sales representative role and cannot focus on general administrative skills
Eligibility Requirements
You must be:
- an Australian citizen or permanent Australian resident
- of working age (bearing in mind the minimum age restrictions we are obliged to impose for these qualifications, as outlined on the respective qualification's page as well as here)
- an active job seeker that is registered with an ESP (to be confirmed by documented correspondence between your ESP and us, including your Job Seeker Number)
All other categories are currently not being approved due to the massive over-subscription of Phase II allocated places; only applicants who are referred by an ESP and who are not classed as being "JSS" or "JSSO" can be considered under this program
The following DEEWR document lists what evidence must be provided:
Confirmation of Enrolment Form (CoE form - MS Word 2000/2003)
Note that this document also contains the Privacy Statement and Statutory Declaration, both of which must be completed and returned with your eligibility evidence, enrolment form and the CoE Form. Some parts of the CoE Form can be completed prior to attending an information session and you are welcome to do so.
You can find out more information at this page on our website as well as on the Productivity Places Program - Job Seeker website. This brochure provides an overview as well.
