Cooling Off period
The Academy allows a fourteen (14) day cooling off period (as required by government regulations). During this period, you may withdraw without penalty from your program and receive a full refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
Cooling off period and Programme commencement
If you start your program during this Cooling Off Period, either by attending a workshop or submitting assessments, you waive the balance of your Cooling Off Period.
We deem that, once you have commenced training, you have agreed to enter into a firm contract and intend to complete your enrolment requirements.
