About us
Who are we:
- we are a family business partnership which includes the RTO and an educational publishing business.
- we operate a primarily distance education service or through flexible delivery supported by mentoring
- our major base of operation is currently our home, which includes a dedicated tutoring room, a full commercial photocopier, a collating room and a suite of networked computers
- if we run workshops, we keep the numbers low or use two trainers, in order that our participants have access to assistance when they need it
- we have a number of external assessors in key regional points who assist us with mentoring and practical assessments
- we also have reciprocal arrangements with partnering training organisations who assist us by providing local practical assessments or mentoring, by arrangement
- we have recently formed a training partnership with Criterion Training and Consulting, Cairns to provide a more direct service to our FNQ clients
